Yes, you’ll be able to monitor your package once an order has been confirmed and know the location before it gets to you.
Payments can be made online, either through bank transfer or credit cards. You can also make cash-on-delivery payments.
Our dedicated team of riders are always ready and willing to take your orders. Once contacted, our riders will respond immediately and ensure we fulfil their duties with no delay.
In a situation, whereby a package or packages are damaged in the process of delivery, we’ll take full responsibility of such damages and refund both the item and the delivery fees paid.
You can get our rider by using our Mobile App. Once you have your account created, you’ll be able to book a rider and once connected, you’ll get a call from your rider and explain your service and get your desired service carried out.
